MAGNIFY

A technically interesting bayonet as it is one of the first all-steel sword bayonets ever produced. The shortness of the blade was on account of the length of the barrel. Later the Swedes produced a carbine version of this weapon with a much shorter barrel and a longer bladed bayonet to match.

There are regimental markings to the cross guard.
