MAGNIFY

This pin models the 2nd pattern airforce eagle, introduced in about 1936, replacing the earlier 'drop tailed ' type. Both paratroop units and regular airforce personnel would have worn this in 'civvies'.

It would appear to be made of some base metal alloy with a gold plated finish. Its condition is fairly good overall, with the pot metal showing at the edges.
