Title Derbyshire Yeomanry, 1940 pattern
Nationality British
Period c 1940-1957
Price £15.00

The Derbyshire Yeomanry was part of the Royal Armoured Corps in 1939 (Kipling & King 2342). This die-struck white metal example was introduced in 1940, replacing an earlier one in gilding metal.

The slider at the reverse has been broken, but otherwise the badge is in excellent condition, virtually as struck.

The day the blunderbuss arrives I could not stop looking and feeling the gun for at least one hour. My wife told me that I was sick........ I am very happy, it is a piece of craftsmanship! Well made! I have 5 blunderbusses but all iron barrel, also from England but this one is gorgeous with the Brass Barrel.

Please keep me informed when you have any other type of blunderbuss. Thanks my friend!
