This badge, in alpaca metal, is the award granted by the Polish government-in-exile to those who served with the 3rd Carpathian Division in the 8th Army in Italy in 1944. It is one of the most popular Polish badges and comes also in silver.

The condition is good, with some signs of wear, and the nut on the reverse is missing.
