Title 1889 model Prussian infantry officer's sword

Variant of 1889 pattern incorporating cipher of Fredericus Rex and year date 1619. These two badges indicate 1st Grenadier Regiment of the Prussian line. Count's full armorial (cut by hand) on pommel indicates possibly Eulenberg or Brockdorff-Rantzau families. Further research pending.

Scabbard with magnificent nickel silver finish. Traces of gilt finish to bronze hilt.
