There is no maker mark. The ribbon is a piece of period tunic buttonhole ribbon. General condition is excellent, but with heavy patination to the silver frame, which would clean nicely, should this be desired. The paintwork is in good shape. This was the basic WW2 gallantry award; the next below being the Military Merit Cross with swords.
