This sepia photograph, pasted on a card page torn from a British military album, shows a Spanish artillery battery in marching order outside their barracks, ready to move off. There are Spanish photographer's details imprinted on the right hand side of the image.
The dimensions of the photo are 22 x 13.5cm. Apart from some distortion of the image due to the buckling and shrinkage of the card and a little fading, the image is still quite sharp. The overall colour is a somewhat yellowed sepia.
