This is a hand tinted photograph, published in Terni in northern Italy as a postcard. It is dated '18 - 8 - 1941'. It shows a standard bearer of an SA unit at a pre-war rally. It has had a bit of a hard life: there are a couple of creases, visible in the photograph, and some wear at the edges, but overall a nice, sharp image.
