Title KS98 model imperial German officer's bayonet

Blade with EPNS finish and sawback by Eickhorn (double squirrel mark). 90% black lacquer finish to hilt; ditto to scabbard but somewhat distressed. This weapon was officially decreed for officer's service to replace the sword in 1915 and was manufactured into the early 1920s.
