Title K98 pattern (carbine) dress bayonet, staghorn grips
Nationality German
Period c 1935
Sold

The staghorn grips are the best feature of this bayonet, which sadly has a bruised pommel at the T-slot, damaged nickel silver finish with patches of minor surface pitting, and a repainted scabbard. The blade is marked 'W.K.C.' and, unfortunately, is in a similar condition to the rest of the bayonet, hence the price.

Thank you, Chris. All arrived safely. Very quickly too, much quicker than from the US! Very satisfied. It is a nice sword.

Anyway, thanks again and I have marked your site for future interest.
