MAGNIFY

A bed plate was hung on the end of a man's bed in the barracks. The regimental badge of the Grenadiers is embossed on it, together with the logo 'Grenadier Guards' and hand punched at the bottom is the man's number and name, in this case A. Hook.

The condition is excellent for its age. It is made out of a reasonably thick sheet of brass.
