Title Brazilian Mauser bayonet
Nationality Brazilian
Period c 1900
Sold

This classic German export product, marked 'SIMSON, SUHL' at the forte (mark obscured by flash, but perfectly clear in real life), is in exceptional condition with nice fruitwood grips that have not been oil stained. Matching numbers to scabbard and hilt. The brass scabbard mounts are unique to this bayonet and an easy means of distinguishing it.

testimonials

The bayonet just arrived. I'm so pleased with it, it's fantastic.

Thanks for a thoroughly great service. I shall definitely be purchasing more from you.

Found the item a little on the expensive side and a bit disappointed that you were unwilling to bend a bit on the price of the Officer's Tunic Eagle (half the fun of buying, after all, is the haggling), but impressed by the speed of delivery and the quality of the item. Was well worth it in the long run...
