Spanish-American War period item, with unofficial crossed sabre badge (brass) pinned to front flap (securing screw missing), of the type possibly worn by Teddy Roosevelt's Rough Riders at San Juan Hill. Condition excellent for age (all major stitching intact), but with some shrinkage to leather body.
