- Hungarian
This commemorates the coronation of Karl IV in Budapest on 30 December 1916. He was the last of the Habsburgs to rule as King of Hungary and Emperor of Austria. The medal shows him on horseback in front of a gathering of Hungarian nobility, wearing the St Stephen's crown with the bent cross. He reigned for two years (until 1918).

This hallmarked silver plaque is cast in relief with the head of Count Stepan Tisza, Prime Minister of Hungary in 1914, assassinated in 1918 by the Bolsheviks in their short-lived rising in Hungary. Also cast in relief are: his name and title in Hungarian, the date 1907 (top left), and the sculptor's monogram FBO, or a combination of these (right).

Just a quick email to inform you that the belt component has arrived today and to again thank you for the smooth transaction and postage. It's an eye catching piece.

Hanger arrived safe and sound 11.30ish today. Very pleased, it's as expected. Your excellent pics make all the difference in terms of confident buying over the net. As a matter of interest, the frog, which as you said is very a/f, is, as you thought, 'spot on'. On closer inspection it is a mk.1 Naval Frog, designated 'for cutlasses'. Date seems around 1860ish give or take.

By the way, I think your site is very user friendly. Seems to work much better than many and up to date, a rarity!!!
