Title 7th Foot (Royal Fusiliers) officer's shoulder belt plate

Magnificent example of a rare sized and shaped SBP. To my knowledge, only two other regiments share this large rococo design. This plate was in use from about 1845 to 1855. The fire gilding is 100% intact, as is the blue enamel. One of the most desirable of all the mid-Victorian officers' SBPs.
