Scarce example of Boer War period British sabre, regimentally marked on scabbard and hilt '2D' for the 2nd Dragoons, Queen's Bays, and made by Wilkinson. All original stamps on scabbard and hilt clearly visible. Scabbard and hilt have both been buffed, but traces of dark patination remain to inside of guard. Good leather grips.
